strange they don’t have the wii but whatever. I guess this is about hardcore game.
is that future warfare isn’t defined as the year 3000 or even 2300.
It’s 2025.
I find that way more realistic than Halo.
Also what is more realistic: the graphics. Wow. They look better than MW3.
And for once, I think Treyarch well have a way better multiplayer than Infinity Ward. At least, I hope.

Quick! If the video gets 300 likes, his fish will come back to life!
Sounds exciting. My theory is that Activision bought this site (and company) to show off the new game. I’m excited. More excited about how future warfare will tie in with zombies!
I just placed an order on Amazon for the Hauppauge HD PVR.
I don’t know when I’ll get it but shipping alone is at least a week so I’m guessing sometime in May.
I’ll be mostly doing game reviews and commentaries. I play from the Xbox (for now) so I’ll only be playing games from there. All the videos will be put on my YouTube channel and posted here.
I love zombie games so you can expect me to be posting a lot of Black Ops Zombies gameplay as well as some LFD2. When Black Ops 2 comes out this November, I’ll be doing a hella lot of zombies gameplay =).
Besides zombie games, my favourite categories are:
- Role-playing (e.g. Elder Scrolls, Borderlands)
- FPS (e.g. COD, Halo)
- Puzzle/Strategy
I don’t mind playing sports or driving games but I’m not the least bit good at it.
In the future, I could also record iPhone/iPad gameplay. I know it seems too casual but it’s good to have a mix. Plus, games like Infinity Blade breaks from the stereotype of the Angry birds crowd, blending both intuitive touch controls with lots of action.
What games would you like to see me play?
This might be interesting. To be honest, if it’s going to be console gaming, I still prefer the joystick controllers. However, I’m always open to new types of gaming.
When the Wii came out, people called it “casual gaming” but that’s only because Nintendo titles are generally “casual gaming”. There were some that simulated sword fighting and gun fighting and those proved to me to be way better than a joystick controller that is nothing like shooting or slashing enemies. Proof: Star Wars for Kinect. That’s giving Wii a run for their money.
I hope we get some really cool games. I had an idea for a Kinect game and it’s Hitman. Unfortunately, all they did was copy Assassin’s Creed. They should create a Kinect game where you have to be sly about how you drop the poison into the cup and the motions you use to assassinate people will determine if you get noticed or not (swift vs. awkwardly slow).
Maybe we’ll see an indie developer make that game on this rumoured game console. Who knows.
Wow. A leather jacket replica, the premium edition of the game, and four tablet case covers for only $1000.
I think the jacket is 90% of the price.
Would you even buy this if you were the biggest diehard fan?
I’m going to take this one with a grain of salt. But if it’s true, then Microsoft is all about the marketing for this console and I won’t be buying one.
There’s been speculation that neither Sony and Microsoft want to be selling their hardware at an initial loss so the costs will either have to be low or the prices high. It’s bad news for gamers, who have been used to paying $250 for a damn good console.
As the article says, 16 CPU cores is excessive. I agree. The bottlenecks in most games is always the graphics, or GPU, and not the CPU. We want cool graphic effects, not more advanced AI or physics calculations. Besides, there’s still headroom to grow for games that take advantage of the CPU.
It will, at the very least, be better than the current Xbox. That’s all good news for gamers. But how much better? If it’s not a huge difference and games haven’t taken advantage of it, I’ll probably hold off from buying one.
